This week we have a particularly exciting weekly meeting as it’s time to elect a new President, Treasurer, and Head Delegate to the Executive Board for the spring semester!
The candidates are:
President:

- Stephanie Cedeño
Treasurer:
- Eric Kashdan
Head Delegate:
- Edgar Remotti
- Megan Kenslea
Additionally, before elections occur, we will also vote on constitutional amendments regarding the role of the head delegate. Once elections are underway, each candidate will present a short speech, followed by a Q&A session for each position.
Please refer to the official BUIAA Constitution for the duties of each position, and the Election Procedure and Policy Guide for more information about how the election process takes place.

Electing members of the executive board is a very important part of BUIAA and we hope to see you all there. If you cannot make the meeting for a valid reason (conflicting class, illness, or because you are abroad), please send your absentee vote to iaa@bu.edu this Wednesday, November 30th before 7:00pm EST and include your reason for not being able to attend the meeting. Please do not send in absentee votes before Wednesday.
