“Pushing the limits of a high school conference, a commitment to excellence, and an experience you’ll never forget.”
The Boston Invitational Model United Nations Conference, held each February, is a three-day conference that encourages high school delegates to explore the complexities of international affairs and stimulate their interest in problem solving and debate. With over 1300 high school students attending the conference from the U.S. and countries as distant as China and Guatemala, BosMUN remains among the top Model UN conferences for high school students in the world. Over 140 student volunteers from BU Model UN work tirelessly throughout the year to create a memorable conference with an environment conducive to active and educated debate of some of the most challenging questions facing the international community.

How do I become part of the staff?
It’s very easy! All you have to do is fill out a simple staff application. After you fill this application out, you will be contacted by one of our Under-Secretaries General to set up a brief interview time, after which you will begin working with fellow staff members in your respective committee.
If at any point you have question, you can always e-mail Mr. Daniel Freehling, our Secretary General for BosMUN XI at sg@bosmun.org.

Must I have previous Model UN experience?
Absolutely not! Our staff training program and our experience senior staff members will give you all the confidence and support you need.
