The first half of the workshop will consist of an overview of Model UN research. The second half will consist of discussion with experienced delegates on their personal research strategies.

The first half of the workshop will consist of an overview of the various types of documents used in a crisis committee and the most effective way to write and utilize them. The second half will consist of hands-on crisis writing exercises.

The Head Delegate will question the NCSC Conference Team about their committee’s topics and potential scenarios they may face at the conference. The Travel Team should provide an audience to condition the Conference Team members to a high-pressure committee setting and to offer constructive feedback.

This workshop will consist of a recap of our experiences at NCSC and UPMUNC. The Travel Team will discuss what worked well for these conferences and what should be improved in preparation for the spring conferences.
