Dia (she/her) is a junior on the pre-med track majoring in Neuroscience and Philosophy with a minor in Data Science. She currently serves as the Secretary-General for the 25th iteration of BosMUN, is a member of MUN@BU, and senior staffs BarMUN! Outside of BUIAA, she works at a Neurobiology Research Lab at the Chobanian and Avedisian School of Medicine (#womeninstem), serves as the Vice President for the BU South Asian Student Alliance, and volunteers at multiple hospitals! When Dia has free time (which is rare), you can find her listening to music and curating playlists, “locked in” at the library, making many plans to explore the city but never following through on them, going on long walks around campus, and binge watching How I Met Your Mother! Dia is so excited to be your Secretary General + serve on BUIAA E-Board this year and can’t wait to meet all of you this fall!
