Welcome to Global Insights and Event Board

Global Insights, also referred to as general meetings, are weekly discussions in which students come together to participate in fruitful talks and analysis of current and historical events. Attendees are encouraged to suggest and present their own topics alongside the Vice President, and some meetings will even be reserved for guest speakers such as members of other on-campus organizations or professors. The mission of Global Insights is to enhance students’ knowledge and engagement with global issues.

Event Board has led the planning of important BUIAA events for many years. The members of Event Board work with businesses, on-campus organizations and facilities, and other branches of BUIAA to ensure these events are successful and amazing for all those in attendance. Exciting events include Global Village and the BUIAA Gala, which both occur during the spring semester!
